We are a community based organisation, working with local small scale farmers in sustainable farming, biodynamic farming, organic farming and beekeeping.

What is biodynamic farming?

Compared to non-organic agriculture, biodynamic agriculture has been found to be more resilient to environmental challenges, fostering a diverse biosphere and more energy efficiency.

Sustainable Agriculture Training

We run training sessions for local farmers who are interested in adopting sustainable and biodynamic farming methods, to empower them to work alongside nature, avoid reliance on synthetic chemicals and improve their own health in turn.

Zawadi Beekeeping Africa

Zawadi Beekeeping Africa, based in Kakamega, Kenya, is a 20-year-plus social enterprise promoting sustainable beekeeping using Langstroth hives to empower communities, especially women and youth. By focusing on capacity building and pollination, they alleviate poverty, create jobs, and enhance food security and environmental conservation. Together, we can save bees.
